Wrecks causing traffic delays on I-10 in Jackson Co.

PASCAGOULA, Miss. (WLOX) - Two crashes in Jackson County are backing up traffic Monday morning on Interstate 10.

According to Mississippi Highway Patrol, two separate wrecks happened over the Pascagoula River. One involved an 18-wheeler and a car, and the second involved two 18-wheelers and a pickup truck.

Westbound lanes are backed up between Gautier-Vancleave Road exit past the Highway 613 exit.

Injuries are reported, but authorities said there were no fatalities.

State Troopers are at the scene of a crash involving two semi-trucks and a passenger truck. Injuries are involved.
