Our temperatures are mild, and it is humid today. We are seeing and will continue to see scattered showers, and it is breezy with winds out of the southeast at 10-20 mph. Tonight, will be humid with lows in the mid to upper 50s. Rain chances will be low overnight, but closer to daybreak, we will see a few scattered showers. A cold front brings higher rain chances starting Wednesday afternoon and evening. The heavy rain and possible thunderstorms will last through the overnight night hours and into and through the day Thursday. You’ll need to stay rain gear ready. There is a marginal (1 out of 5) risk for strong storms and heavy rain on Wednesday and Thursday. A sliver of the area, including Pearl River County is in the slight (2 out 5) risk area. Stay weather aware.

It is warm and humid today with mostly cloudy skies. Highs this afternoon will be in the upper 70s and low 80s. There is a slight chance for a few isolated showers today and this evening. The severe threat is up to our north today and tonight. Tonight will be mostly cloudy and muggy with lows in the 60s. Saturday, we expect hit-or-miss showers in the early part of the day, and by the afternoon, we could see a few scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. Again, we are not expecting severe storms. It will be warm to even hot and humid. Highs will be in the low to mid 80s.

Tonight, we will feel an increase in humidity and see an increase in some cloud cover. Lows will only drop into the 60s with some patchy fog. Friday will be warmer with highs in the upper 70s and lower 80s with more clouds and a very slight chance for showers. Saturday morning holds a chance for some hit-and-miss, light showers. A front is expected to stall near the coast. Depending on where the front stalls will determine our rain chances. We will keep at least a chance for showers at some point between Saturday and Monday.

We were chilly this morning with lows in the 40s. We expect tons of sunshine all day today and no chances for rain. Our highs temperatures today will be in the low to mid 70s closer to the coast and mid to upper 70s, near 80 in our inland areas, mainly north of I-10.
